Banana with Seeds and Peanut Butter

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes

1 large banana
2 teaspoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons hemp seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

Slice the banana in 4 (save half of the banana for later if you can’t share it with others).
Each banana slice represents a serving.
Soak the chia seeds in an equal quantity of water. To speed up the hydration time, stir the chia seeds and the water until all the water has been absorbed.
Spread the peanut butter on the banana.
Add the hydrated chia seeds, the hemp seeds, and cinnamon.
Top with pomegranate seeds for more color, flavor, and antioxidants.
